What happens when you call
- Call 07931 406308. Tell us where the building is and what you can see. Photos help.
- Secure the area. Cordon off the area below until we arrive.
- Make safe. Our team rigs from the roof and secures, films over or removes the damaged glass.
- Plan the replacement. We measure up, order the glass and come back to install it, often without a crane.
Common causes
Thermal stress, nickel sulphide inclusions in toughened glass, impact and failed frames. Whatever the cause, the first job is the same: make it safe.
