Building maintenance
Roofs, gutters & leaks, sorted at height
Blocked parapet gutters, tired flat roofs and leaks no one can trace. We get to them quickly, without scaffold.
What we do
- Leak investigation and water testing
- Parapet, box and valley gutter clearance
- Gutter outlet and lining repairs and coatings
- Flat roof repairs and liquid coatings
- Slipped and broken tile repairs
- Bird proofing and safety system installs
Find the leak first
Leaks rarely start where the damp appears. We trace the route water is taking, with a drone survey through 901 Aerial Surveys if that helps, and fix the cause rather than the symptom.
Planned maintenance
Gutters and outlets that are cleared once or twice a year rarely cause problems. We offer planned visits with a photo report each time.
Follow the water
Why a blocked gutter becomes damp inside
Most leaks we trace start with water going where it should not. Watch the water path change as the gutter is cleared and repaired by rope access.
Leaves and silt block the gutter. Rain overflows behind it and soaks into the wall, which shows up inside as damp and mould.
FAQs
Roofs, gutters & leaks: common questions
How often should gutters be cleared?
At least once a year, and twice for buildings near trees. Blocked parapet gutters are one of the most common causes of internal leaks.
Can you find where a leak is coming from?
Yes. We investigate and water test to find the source before repairing it.
