Why rope access for cleaning
Rope access reaches set-back elevations, curved glass and atria that a cradle or cherry picker cannot. It needs no road closure and leaves almost nothing on the pavement, so your building stays open as normal.

How often should commercial windows be cleaned?
Most offices clean external glass two to four times a year. We can set a planned schedule and remind you before each visit.
Do you clean atria and roof glazing?
Yes. We access atria, skylights and canopies by rope and from roof level.
Do you need access inside the building?
Only to reach the roof and anchor points. The cleaning itself happens outside.
